What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Sourcing and headhunting top candidates

  • Building and managing your own client portfolio

  • Developing strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates

  • Negotiating offers and closing deals

  • Managing the full recruitment cycle from business development to placement

  • Becoming a specialist in the UK Government Finance & Property sectors

What we're looking for:

  • No experience required – we are looking for ambition and a winning mindset

  • Money-motivated and target-driven individuals
