What’s In It For You

Responsibilities Provide full support to all customers visiting the Toyota showroom. Be the first point of contact to welcome and identify customers’ needs. Ensure customers are given the World’s Warmest Welcome upon entering the branch. Direct customers with appointments to the correct executive to ensure a smooth transition from entry to introduction to sales executive. Ensure all customers receive a warm send‑off upon exiting the branch, making them feel acknowledged and showing that we care. Qualifications UAE National with a Family Book (mandatory). Fluent in English with strong communication skills. Customer service experience is an added advantage. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel preferred). High school diploma or higher.
