Job Summary West Avenue Global is looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Tele callers / Telemarketing Executives to join our outbound sales team. We are seeking confident, self-motivated professionals with excellent communication skills and a persuasive approach to customer engagement. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in outbound tele calling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
  • Present and explain company products and services effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
  • Follow up with potential clients to maximize conversions and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide communication and administrative support to the sales team when required.
Candidate Requirements
  • Preferred: Female candidates.
  • Languages Required: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Tagalog.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound tele calling or tele sales.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Well-organized, confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
Salary & Benefits
  • Fixed salary: AED 2,500 – AED 4,000 (based on experience).
