The Role

We are seeking a proactive warehouse operations professional to support inventory coordination, warehouse administration, stock tracking, order fulfillment, and logistics activities. You will help maintain accurate inventory records, coordinate stock movements, monitor warehouse-related information, and work with internal and external teams to support efficient operations.

This part-time, fully remote opportunity offers flexible working hours and is particularly suited to professionals experienced in warehouse administration, inventory systems, logistics coordination, or supply chain support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day warehouse administration, inventory coordination, and fulfillment activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, product movements, receipts, transfers, and dispatches.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams, suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor inventory availability and identify discrepancies, shortages, overstock, or data inconsistencies.
  • Assist with purchase orders, goods receipts, delivery records, shipping documentation, and inventory reports.
  • Track inbound and outbound shipments and coordinate updates with relevant teams.
  • Support stock counting, inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, and investigation of variances.
  • Maintain organized warehouse records, product information, inventory trackers, and operational documentation.
  • Assist with order fulfillment and ensure stock information is updated accurately and promptly.
  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, warehouse processes, fulfillment efficiency, and operational reporting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, supply chain, or a related function is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory management, stock control, receiving, dispatch, and order fulfillment.
  • Familiarity with WMS, ERP systems, inventory management platforms, spreadsheets, and digital collaboration tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory and operational records.
  • Good understanding of stock reconciliation, inventory reporting, and warehouse documentation.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple operational priorities.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with strong coordination abilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to investigate inventory discrepancies.
  • Proactive, reliable, adaptable, and comfortable supporting operations in a remote environment.
