<p style="text-align:center;"><strong>Warehouse Clerk - 1st Shift - $20/hr-$23/hr</strong><p><strong>Job Description</strong><p>The Warehouse Clerk supports day-to-day warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, and administrative operations within an aerospace and defense supply environment. This role processes import and export documentation, verifies incoming and outgoing shipments, maintains accurate inventory records, and prepares customer orders for shipment. The Warehouse Clerk also enters data into WMS/ERP systems, coordinates with internal teams, carriers, and brokers, and helps ensure on-time and compliant delivery of materials across borders.<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Receive incoming goods, verify shipments against purchase orders, and identify any damage, discrepancies, or shortages.</li><li>Prepare outbound shipments by packaging, labeling, and staging materials according to customer and carrier requirements.</li><li>Process and verify import and export documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, customs forms, invoices, and related shipping documents.</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory records, perform regular cycle counts, and support periodic inventory audits using paper, clipboard, and system-based tools.</li><li>Process raw materials by receiving them into inventory, assigning VIN locations, and preparing them for cross-border movement and outbound shipment.</li><li>Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders to meet accuracy, quality, and packaging standards.</li><li>Enter shipment, receiving, inventory, and order information accurately into WMS/ERP systems, including Fulcrum, to maintain real-time visibility of stock and movements.</li><li>Coordinate with supervisors, warehouse teams, carriers, and vendors to resolve shipment issues and support on-time delivery.</li><li>Communicate with brokers and logistics partners, including coordinating with a broker and working with carriers such as UPS and FedEx for inbound and outbound shipments.</li><li>Support cross-border shipping activities by ensuring proper documentation, accurate inventory placement, and timely movement of goods between suppliers, in-house facilities, and outbound destinations.</li><li>Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently, as required.</li><li>Handle shipping labels and documentation accurately to ensure traceability and compliance with internal and external requirements.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.</li><li>Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.</li></ul><p><strong>Essential Skills</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or GED.</li><li>Warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, or inventory experience.</li><li>Experience with WMS or ERP systems, including data entry for shipments, receiving, inventory, and orders.</li><li>Basic computer and data entry skills.</li><li>Knowledge of inventory control processes, including cycle counts and inventory audits.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, or bend for extended periods.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced warehouse environment.</li><li>Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required).</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Skills & Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Associate degree in logistics or business preferred.</li><li>Import and export documentation experience preferred.</li><li>Forklift experience preferred, including sit-down forklift operation.</li><li>Experience with material handling, including pallet jacks and general warehouse equipment.</li><li>Experience with inventory control in an aerospace and defense environment is beneficial.</li><li>Familiarity with cross-border shipping processes and documentation.</li><li>Experience using Fulcrum ERP for warehouse, inventory, and VIN location management.</li><li>Experience coordinating with brokers and carriers such as UPS and FedEx.</li><li>Strong communication skills to collaborate with supervisors, warehouse teams, carriers, vendors, and brokers.</li></ul><p><strong>Why Work Here?</strong><p>Employees join a stable, employee-owned organization that values shared success and long-term growth.
