Warehouse Coordinator - All Crews

<strong>Job Description<br><br></strong>Job Summary: The candidate must coordinate and schedule daily LTL shipments.<br><br><strong>Essential Responsibilities/Activities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Ensure shipments are processed accurately, being mindful of cost and timing requirements.</li><li>Must be forklift certified.</li><li>Data entry required.</li><li>Accuracy of data is critical.</li><li>Must professionally communicate via telephone and e-mail with internal and external customers.</li><li>Accurate labeling of shipments is required.</li><li>Prepare accurate and timely paperwork for drivers to pick up shipments.</li><li>Establish and follow processes to ensure correct paperwork is completed timely and per shipping requirements.</li><li>Must be detail-oriented and accurate with forms and numbers.</li><li>Must demonstrate a sense of urgency and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Must have excellent communication skills and be customer-service oriented.</li><li>Must perform job duties in timely manner.</li><li>Must maintain clean work area.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Educational Requirements<br><br></strong><strong>Degree(s): </strong>High School diploma, or equivalent; Inventory Control experience preferred, but not required.<br><br><strong>License(s)</strong>: None<br><br><strong>Certification(s):</strong> None<br><br><strong>Essential Mental Functions<br><br></strong>Demonstrates strong leadership abilities.<br><br>Communicates effectively in written and spoken form.<br><br>Exhibits good decision-making and problem solving abilities.<br><br><strong>Demonstrates Strong Multi-tasking Capabilities And Organizational Skills.<br><br></strong>Works with minimal supervision.<br><br>Works effectively in a team environment.<br><br>Works effectively in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.<br><br>Overtime required as business demands.<br><br><strong>Essential Physical Functions<br><br></strong>Lift up to 50lbs.<br><br>Sit or stand for up to 95 percent of work hours.<br><br>Periodic visits to the manufacturing facility with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure.<br><br><strong>Disclaimer<br><br></strong>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
