Warehouse Store Keeper - Technopark - Retail - Dubai

Are you an experienced Warehouse Storekeeper with a background in retail both inbound and outbound warehousing? We're looking for a proactive and organised professional to join our team in Dubai Technopark and play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of stock from warehouse to store.
In this role, you'll be responsible to supervise and maintain accurate inventory, overseeing the safe storage and movement of goods, and coordinating with warehouse teams to ensure timely, efficient operations and meeting the KPIs.
Functional Roles and Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Perform cycle counts and stock audits as per schedule.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and report exceptions to the Warehouse Supervisor.
Monitor stock condition and identify damaged, expired, or obsolete inventory.
Ensure correct stock rotation practices are followed.
Receive inbound shipments and verify quantities against shipping documents.
Inspect goods for damages or discrepancies and report issues immediately.
Process Goods Receipt transactions in the WMS/SAP system.
Ensure products are properly labelled and stored in designated locations.
Store products in a safe, organized, and systematic manner.
Ensure all locations are properly identified and maintained.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
Support space optimization and efficient warehouse utilization.
Pick products accurately against system-generated pick lists.
Verify picked quantities and product codes before packing.
Pack orders according to company standards and customer requirements.
Prepare goods for dispatch and ensure timely order fulfilment.
Support loading and unloading activities when required.
Execute inventory movements, transfer orders, receipts, put-away, replenishment, and dispatch transactions in SAP EWM/WMS.
Ensure all transactions are completed accurately and in real time.
Generate and maintain operational reports where required.
Comply with all Health, Safety, Security, and Environment requirements.
Follow safe working practices when operating material handling equipment.
Report safety hazards, incidents, and near misses immediately.
Participate in safety training and warehouse improvement initiatives.
Support warehouse productivity and quality improvement initiatives.
Assist with process enhancements to improve service levels and inventory accuracy.
Participate in operational projects and peak season activities.

People Management Roles and Responsibilities:

Support the Warehouse Supervisor in guiding, coordinating, and motivating warehouse staff during daily operations.
Monitor staff productivity, work quality, attendance, discipline, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
Provide on-the-job guidance to team members and elevate repeated performance issues where required.
Track daily operational KPIs for assigned staff and support corrective actions to improve performance.

What We're Looking For

High School Certificate or equivalent. Warehouse or logistics certification would be an added advantage.
2 to 4 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, storekeeping, or distribution operations. Retail distribution centre experience is preferred.
Working knowledge of SAP EWM, Oracle WMS, or similar Warehouse Management Systems is desirable.
Inventory control, goods receiving, dispatch operations, cycle counting, stock reconciliation, documentation accuracy, basic MS Excel and Outlook, staff coordination, daily KPI tracking, productivity monitoring, and performance reporting.
Accuracy, accountability, teamwork, communication, safety awareness, ability to work under pressure, and commitment to operational deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Good computer proficiency, with experience using MS Office, warehouse or inventory management systems (WMS experience is an advantage).
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
