Job Summary

Frasier Dedicated Services is looking for a dependable and experienced Warehouse Worker / Roll Clamp Forklift Operator to join our team in Dallas, TX.

This position is responsible for safely operating a forklift with a roll clamp attachment, loading and unloading freight, moving materials throughout the warehouse, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

The ideal candidate has previous warehouse and forklift experience, is comfortable operating heavy equipment, and takes safety and accuracy seriously.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a roll clamp forklift
  • Load and unload trucks and trailers
  • Move, stage, and organize freight throughout the warehouse
  • Handle rolls and other materials safely and efficiently
  • Inspect freight for damage and report any issues
  • Assist with shipping and receiving
  • Verify incoming and outgoing freight
  • Maintain an organized warehouse and inventory
  • Complete daily forklift and equipment inspections
  • Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Current forklift certification required
  • Roll clamp forklift experience required
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred
  • Experience loading and unloading trucks preferred
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable and dependable attendance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work a 5-day schedule with some weekends as needed
  • Must be safety-conscious and able to follow company procedures

Compensation & Schedule

  • $20.00 per hour
  • Full-time position
  • 5 days per week
  • Monday–Friday schedule with some weekend work as needed
  • Overtime opportunities may be available
