Weekend Specialist – Resident Service Coordinator

ElevateOS is a PropTech company powering thousands of apartment buildings across the United States and Canada. Our Services team focuses on delivering seamless resident experiences by coordinating a range of in-home and on-site services, including housekeeping, pet services, moving, handyman services, and more.

We are looking for a Weekend Specialist to support scheduling and coordination across our service lines during the weekend. This role is responsible for ensuring residents receive timely, professional support while keeping weekend operations organized and running smoothly. The ideal candidate is dependable, highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

What You’ll Do Respond promptly to incoming calls, emails, and service inquiries. Schedule, confirm, and update service appointments. Input and maintain accurate customer and appointment information in internal systems. Communicate schedule changes clearly to residents, service partners, and internal teams.

Monitor weekend service requests and ensure they are routed and addressed appropriately. Resolve scheduling conflicts and service issues in a professional and timely manner. Organize workflow by routing requests and managing assignments. Follow up with residents and service providers to ensure appointments are confirmed and completed smoothly.

Assist with special scheduling and administrative requests. Collaborate with weekday and weekend teams to ensure a seamless transition and continuity of operations. Assist with Onboarding Operations, including sourcing and identifying candidates, conducting interviews, and completing onboarding paperwork when needed. Provide a high level of customer service and help create a seamless resident experience.

What We’re Looking For We are seeking a dependable Weekend Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment and can confidently manage multiple priorities with limited supervision. The ideal candidate has excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask across multiple service lines and stakeholders.

You should be comfortable making decisions, proactively solving scheduling challenges, and communicating with residents, vendors, and internal teams throughout the weekend.

Prior experience in scheduling, operations, customer service, hospitality, or home services is a plus. Experience with remote teams, CRMs, scheduling platforms, or recruiting is also advantageous.
