Program Overview The Young Professionals Program is an intensive 3-month training and development journey designed to prepare exceptional talent for a future role as an Assistant Relationship Manager at The Family Office.

Through a combination of classroom training, mentorship, on-the-job exposure, and rotations across our offices in Dubai, Bahrain, and Riyadh , participants will gain in-depth knowledge of:

  • Wealth & investment management
  • Client relationship management
  • Portfolio structuring & financial analysis
  • The role of Relationship Managers in serving ultra-high-net-worth clients
  • Alternative investments & global market trends
At the end of the program, top performers will be considered for a full-time Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) position within the Dubai office. Key Learning Areas & Responsibilities During The Program
  • Client Relationship Foundations
  • Understand the end-to-end relationship management cycle.
  • Support senior RMs in preparing client materials and presentations.
  • Learn how to assess client investment goals, risk profiles, and long-term wealth strategies.
  • Observe client meetings and calls to gain real-world exposure.
  • Investment & Portfolio Training
  • Deepen knowledge of investment products, with an emphasis on alternative investments.
  • Collaborate with the Investment Team to understand portfolio construction and performance evaluation.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to support investment recommendations.
  • Professional & Technical Skill Development

  • Receive structured training in

  • Sales fundamentals and prospecting
  • Compliance and regulatory frameworks in wealth management

Who We Are Looking For
  • CFA Level 1 completed (mandatory)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience (internships or junior roles preferred)
  • Strong analytical and financial skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High motivation, eagerness to learn, and career ambition in wealth management
  • Willingness to travel for training (Bahrain & Riyadh)
  • Curious, driven, and proactive
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-performance environments
  • Passion for investments and financial market
  • Strong client-service mindset
  • Team-oriented with leadership potential
