Warehouse Packing Specialist

<strong>Revolution </strong>is now hiring a Warehouse Packaging Specialist to support warehouse and manufacturing operations in Mesquite, TX. This hands-on role is responsible for preparing, packaging, labeling, staging, and moving finished plastic products to ensure orders are accurate, protected, and ready for shipment.<br><br>The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment.<br><br><ul><li>Package finished plastic products according to customer specifications and company standards.</li><li>Inspect finished products and packaging for damage, defects, or other quality concerns.</li><li>Verify product quantities, labels, lot numbers, and other order information for accuracy.</li><li>Label, wrap, band, box, palletize, and secure finished goods for storage or shipment.</li><li>Stage completed orders in designated warehouse and shipping areas.</li><li>Move finished goods and packaging materials throughout the facility using appropriate material-handling equipment.</li><li>Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.</li><li>Maintain accurate product identification and traceability throughout the packaging and staging process.</li><li>Complete required packaging, production, inventory, and shipping documentation.</li><li>Monitor packaging supplies and notify appropriate personnel when materials need to be replenished.</li><li>Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory locations.</li><li>Coordinate with production, warehouse, quality, and shipping teams to support daily schedules and customer requirements.</li><li>Follow FIFO, lot-control, and product-handling procedures as required.</li><li>Maintain clean, organized, and safe packaging and warehouse areas.</li><li>Follow all company safety procedures, including proper use of required personal protective equipment.</li><li>Identify and report damaged products, incorrect materials, equipment concerns, or other issues that could impact quality or shipment accuracy.</li><li>Assist in other departments as needed based on business and staffing needs.</li><li>Support general warehouse activities and other duties as assigned.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Previous warehouse, packaging, shipping, or manufacturing experience preferred.</li><li>Experience in plastics or other industrial manufacturing environments is a plus.</li><li>Must have at least 6 months of forklift experience. </li><li>Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record preferred.</li><li>Ability to accurately read product labels, work orders, and shipping information.</li><li>Basic computer and inventory-system skills preferred. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Must be capable of lifting boxes up to 50 lbs.</li><li>Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.</li><li>Ability to work in a manufacturing environment where temperatures and noise levels may vary.</li><li>Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime or varying shifts based on business needs.<br><br></li></ul><strong>About Revolution<br><br></strong><strong>It’s time to redefine possible.</strong> At Revolution, we exist to empower businesses and consumers to contribute to a better future through sustainable loop plastic solutions.
