Academic Program Success Lead, New Initiatives
Job Description:
- Own end-to-end student support and delivery for multiple new initiatives, from strategic course framing through execution
- Identify capability gaps in programs and student journeys, then design, iterate, and operationalize infrastructure
- Translate portfolio-level insights into strategic recommendations, cross-functional prioritization, and roadmaps
- Directly manage and develop a high-performing team through organizational change
- Design learner experience operations and identify process or capability gaps
- Embed AI tools and AI fluency across the team's work
- Support external partnerships and equip Client Success teams with relevant context and perspectives
- Build trust across internal teams and align stakeholders around goals, timelines, accountability, and outcomes
- Deliver outcomes including retention, refunds, engagement, CSAT, NPS, completion, and externship hand-offs
- Grow Springboard's Allied Health and AI program portfolio and create scalable playbooks, processes, and automations
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of professional experience, including end-to-end ownership of meaningful work and some experience in a rapidly evolving startup environment
- Founder mentality, with examples of creating operational capabilities without an existing playbook
- Effective people management skills and ability to develop team members
- Experience recruiting, negotiating with, and managing external partners
- Ability to structure mutually beneficial partnership agreements
- Operational design and systems/workflow thinking
- Good judgment regarding MVP development versus operationalization, especially around compliance, accreditation, and partner relationships
- Extensive use and fluency with AI tools
- Ability to structure ambiguous, complex problems and prioritize effectively
- Cross-functional influence without positional authority
