Full Remote - Real Estate Paralegal
<p><strong>Real Estate Paralegal</strong></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> <strong>Remote </strong>– <strong>Southern California</strong></p><p><strong>Salary:</strong> Up to $140,000 Base + Bonuses</p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong> Medical, Dental, Vision + PTO</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Opportunity</strong></p><p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Real Estate Paralegal</strong> to join a growing and collaborative real estate law practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal with strong litigation experience who enjoys taking ownership of matters and working closely with attorneys on complex real estate disputes.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Support attorneys throughout the <strong>full litigation lifecycle</strong>, from case initiation through resolution</li><li>Assist with discovery, document management, subpoenas, pleadings, motions, and trial preparation</li><li>Conduct legal and factual research and help organize case-related information</li><li>Prepare and maintain litigation files, chronologies, exhibits, and case materials</li><li>Coordinate deadlines, hearings, depositions, and other litigation activities</li><li>Assist attorneys with preparation for hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials</li><li>Manage multiple matters while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p><ul><li><strong>3+ years of paralegal experience</strong>, preferably in<strong> real estate litigation</strong></li><li>Hands-on experience with Unlawful Detainer matters is highly preferred</li><li>Experience supporting attorneys through various stages of litigation</li><li>Experience with <strong>real estate disputes, commercial litigation, landlord-tenant matters, title disputes, and/or Unlawful Detainer litigation</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Salary and Other Compensation:</strong></p><p>The annual salary for this position is between [$120,000 – $140,000 annually].
