Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.
  • Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub solutions.
  • Configure and implement Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management modules.
  • Build integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Optimize platform performance and ensure adherence to development best practices.
  • Collaborate with business and functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Mandatory Skills

  • 10+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and workflows.
  • Experience in Service Catalog, ITSM, CMDB, and Integrations.
  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP web services.
  • Good understanding of Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in TSM (Telecom Service Management).
  • Experience in TSOM (Telecom Service Operations Management).
  • Experience in OMT (Order Management for Telecommunications).
  • Experience in CSM (Customer Service Management)
